Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant your consent to FARMA OBŘÍSTVÍ SRO, with its registered office in Obříství, Obříství 24, ZIP code 277 42, Company ID: 28489047, registered in the public register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, File number 145310 C

(hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

of this data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") processed the following personal data:

- first and last name
- email
- phone number

2. Your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address may be processed based on your voluntary consent. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years.

3. If you submit a non-binding reservation, you give your explicit consent. Providing personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to penzion@nakmine.cz.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by the following processors:

a. Software provider wix.com

b. Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

7. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you, request a copy of this data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request that we delete this personal data,
- data portability,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
